  • Higher loan rates than other local farmers

  • Less favorable loan terms

  • Special funding requirements

  • Frequent check-ins and required reporting

Sign up for a claim if you experienced:

A fund has been set aside for farmers who were discriminated against.

Minority farmers may now get compensation by signing up for a claim. These claims must be filed by January 13th, 2024, and cash payouts are expected to be sent to qualified claimants by early next year.
